Q#1: Why does my new T-Shirt/Hoodie smell like Vinegar?

As part of the Printing process, the inks and materials used to create a high quality and durable print can smell like Vinegar. Wash your item before you wear it, (following the care instructions on the product descriptions and on the brand tag) to ensure all printing materials and vinegar odour has gone.

Q#2: My T-Shirt/ Hoodie feels rough, I don't think its the right one.

Give your new item a fair go, its been through vigorous testing, printing and shipping! It just needs a bit of love and a wash! For best results, follow the care instructions displayed on product descriptions and wash your new T-Shirt/ Hoodie.

Q#2: I want to change my delivery address?

 You cannot change your delivery address when your order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately after placing your order at farmafternoonscontact@gmail.com or via our Face Book or Instagram Messenger if you want to change your address before dispatching. 

Q#3Can I amend my order?

 Yes! Just send us a message immediately through our store chat or email us farmafternoonscontact@gmail.com to have your order amended before your order is dispatched. 

Q#4: When can I expect my order?

Once payment has cleared, all Apparel,Mugs & Wall Prints are processed and sent to production within 24 hrs. Production is usually 1-2 Days. These orders are then shipped out to you.  Beach Towels have a 3 day production time. All other orders are processed same day or next business day and shipped same day or the next business day. Express Orders are processed as priority, and while Express Post is still the fastest delivery to most areas of Australia, Auspost does not garentee over night delivery at this time. Estimated Time Frames are calculated at Checkout in real time to offer the fastest and most economical rates. Where rates are not available from Aus Post (Australia), back up rates apply. The fastest way for your item to arrive is by purchasing via Paypal as your payment is cleared same day.

During our peak Holiday Season,Live Events and Sale Events orders may have extended delivery times of up to 4 business days. Please leave yourself enough time for desired delivery to avoid disappointment if delivery is delayed. *Please Note, we have No Control over Estimated Shipping Time Frames or Delayed Deliveries*

All orders placed during Saturday,Sunday or on a Public Holiday will be processed on Monday or next business day.

 Q#5How do I track my order details?

 An email with the tracking number will be sent once the order has been dispatched. You can always contact us through our store chat and by email farmafternoonscontact@gmail.com to check also.

Q#6How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.

Q#7: An item is missing in my order, where is it?

In some instances where we are inundated or out of stock we will use a partner  supplier to print and fulfill orders. This is to ensure the flow of orders and fastest  delivery to you, and to help avoid delays in the processing of your order. Our partner uses the same quality and brand of items we do. In this instance, you will recieve your order in seperate shipments. We will update you of the seperate shipments via email and you will receive updated shipping and tracking information.

Q#8: How can I pay?

We accept all major payment methods including Visa,Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay. We also offer Afterpay, Zip & Klarna.

Q#9: Can I still order normally in COVID?

 We are still taking your online orders.
